Job summary

Woven Care in Salt Lake City, UT seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at an early-career level. You will design and oversee ABA programs, conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, and lead parent training, with a manageable caseload (up to 10 clients) and strong collaboration with OT, PT, and SLP.

What Your Day Looks Like

You will join a team who loves what they do andisexcited to grow alongside you. Our multidisciplinary model means daily collaboration with Speech, OT, and PT,not just shared clients on paper, but real shared problem-solving.You will know your colleagues, and they will know you.

Day to day, you can expect to design and oversee ABA programs, conductassessmentsand program reviews, supervise and develop your RBT team, and lead parent training and family meetings. Your caseload is built to give you the space to doallofthis well,up to10clients, sized for quality care rather than volume. Notes and indirect tasks can be handled fromhome,so your clinic time stays focused on clients and collaboration.

Compensation

Salary ($82,000-$90,000/year).We'llwalk through thedetailsso you understand exactly what your comp looks like. Bilingual? Enjoy anadditional2% on top of your compensation!

Performance-based monthly bonus

We reward your hard work!Earn up to $750 per month or up to $9,000 in annual performance incentives!
