What Your Day Looks Like

Day to day, you can expect to design and guide ABA programs that drive real outcomes, conduct assessments and program reviews, supervise and mentor your RBT team with the time and structure to do it well, and lead parent training and collaborative family meetings. Your OT, PT, and SLP colleagues are not just names on a careteam;they are people you talk to every day about shared clients. That kind of integrated collaboration is something most experienced BCBAs have wanted and rarely found.

A caseload of up to 10clients.Once job responsibilities are met, notes and indirect tasks can be handled from home.Our ABA department is committed to quality care and growth, providing training on most up to data care!
