Job summary

Woven Care in Colorado Springs is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and oversee ABA programs for kids and families. The role emphasizes high-quality clinical work with a manageable caseload and leadership opportunities.

You will supervise the RBT team, conduct assessments, lead parent training, and collaborate daily with OT, PT, and SLP to coordinate integrated care. Flexible documentation lets you work from home for notes while staying active in clinic.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or in progress
• Experience supervising RBTs and designing ABA programs
• Ability to lead parent training and collaborate with OTs/PTs/SLPs

What Your Days Will Look Like

• Design and guide ABA programs that move the needle for kids and families
• Supervise and mentor your RBT team, supporting their clinical growth and career development

• Partner daily with OT, PT, and SLP teammates on integrated care planning across disciplines

Compensation

• Hourly model: $40-51/hour
• Salary model available
