Level Ahead ABA is seeking a professional BCBA passionate about providing high-quality ABA therapy in Columbus, GA. The role includes creating treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and guiding caregivers, with professional mentorship and collaboration to impact lives.

The position supports in-person and hybrid work arrangements, with travel as needed and a strong emphasis on confidentiality and client progress documentation.

Qualifications

BCBA certification and state licensure required.
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
Strong supervisory and communication skills for working with families and RBTs.
Experience implementing ABA with individuals with autism and related disorders.
Familiarity with clinical assessments (Vineland, VB-MAPP, ABBLS).

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments.
Create comprehensive treatment plans including function-based BIP and skill acquisition programs.
Train, supervise, and guide RBTs in treatment implementation.
Monitor ongoing ABA programs and update as needed.
Ensure accurate electronic data reflecting client progress on our data collection platform.
Provide ABA training and caregiver support.
Coordinate treatment with the client's team.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments
Create comprehensive treatment plans, including function-based behavior intervention plans, as well as skill acquisition programs
Train, supervise, and guide RBT's (ABA Paraprofessionals) in the implementation of treatment plans
Monitor ongoing ABA programs, assess and update as needed
Ensure accurate electronic data reflective of the client's progress on our data collection platform
Provide ABA training and support to parents and other caregivers
Coordinate treatment with other members of the client's team

Qualifications

Current BCBA certification and state licensure
Current malpractice insurance
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
Demonstrated skill and experience implementing ABA therapy with individuals with autism and related disorders
Familiarity with clinical assessments such as the Vineland, VB-Mapp, ABBLS, AFFL's, etc
Strong supervisory and management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to establish supportive and collaborative relationships with parents and caregivers
Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly
Access to reliable transportation, ability to travel
