Level Ahead ABA is seeking a licensed BCBA to lead ABA services for clients with autism, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and supervise RBTs in daily therapy implementation.
You will mentor caregivers, coordinate with the client’s team, and ensure accurate data entry on our platform while maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards.

Conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments
Create comprehensive treatment plans, including function-based behavior intervention plans, as well as skill acquisition programs
Train, supervise, and guide RBT's (ABA Paraprofessionals) in the implementation of treatment plans
Monitor ongoing ABA programs, assess and update as needed
Ensure accurate electronic data reflective of the client's progress on our data collection platform
Provide ABA training and support to parents and other caregivers
Coordinate treatment with other members of the client's team
Current BCBA certification and state licensure
Current malpractice insurance
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
Demonstrated skill and experience implementing ABA therapy with individuals with autism and related disorders
Familiarity with clinical assessments such as the Vineland, VB-Mapp, ABBLS, AFFL's, etc
Strong supervisory and management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to establish supportive and collaborative relationships with parents and caregivers
Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly
