Level Ahead ABA is seeking a professional BCBA who is passionate about providing high-quality ABA therapy. You will create treatment plans for clients with autism, supervise RBTs, and offer caregivers guidance and support.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and state licensure.
• Master's degree in ABA, Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience implementing ABA with individuals with autism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments.
• Create comprehensive treatment plans including function-based BIPs and skill programs.
• Supervise RBTs in treatment implementation.
• Monitor ongoing ABA programs and update as needed.
• Maintain accurate data on progress using the data platform.
• Provide ABA training and support to parents and caregivers.
• Coordinate treatment with the client’s team.

BCBA's create treatment plans for clients with autism and related disorders, supervise RBT's in treatment implementation, and provide caregivers with guidance and support. Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments
• Create comprehensive treatment plans, including function-based behavior intervention plans, as well as skill acquisition programs
• Train, supervise, and guide RBT's (ABA Paraprofessionals) in the implementation of treatment plans
• Monitor ongoing ABA programs, assess and update as needed
• Ensure accurate electronic data reflective of the client\'s progress on our data collection platform
• Provide ABA training and support to parents and other caregivers
• Coordinate treatment with other members of the client\'s team

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification and state licensure
• Current malpractice insurance
• Master\'s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
• Demonstrated skill and experience implementing ABA therapy with individuals with autism and related disorders
• Familiarity with clinical assessments such as the Vineland, VB-Mapp, ABBLS, AFFL\'s, etc
• Strong supervisory and management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to establish supportive and collaborative relationships with parents and caregivers
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly
• Access to reliable transportation, ability to travel
