Advanced Behavioral Therapy (ABT) seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Columbus, Ohio team. You will design individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct comprehensive ABA assessments, and develop treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

You will partner with families through ongoing parent training, oversee data collection systems, supervise RBTs, and provide monthly progress updates to the Clinical Director.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Willingness to obtain Ohio COBA licensure.
• Experience developing behavior and skill acquisition programs using a data collection platform (Ensora preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS).
• Develop treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Partner with families through ongoing parent training and support.

Advanced Behavioral Therapy (ABT) is seeking a talented and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As a BCBA at ABT, you will play a vital role in designing individualized behavior intervention plans, conducting comprehensive ABA assessments, and developing treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of our clients.

About the Role:

• Design individualized behavior intervention plans to decrease maladaptive behaviors and build functional skills
• Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments, including VB-MAPP, AFLS, and other skill-based evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Partner with families by providing ongoing parent training and support
• Oversee data collection systems and ensure program integrity
• Monitor client progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make data-driven adjustments
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Provide monthly progress updates and case reviews to the Clinical Director
