Advanced Behavioral Therapy is a clinician owned team of highly skilled, caring professionals who prioritize your child's needs. Our staff has tremendous knowledge and education in the field of ABA therapy. They constantly strive to stay up-to-date with the latest research and studies so that they can provide the best and most effective treatment available for your child.

We are seeking a talented and dedicated BCBA to join our team at our beautiful ABA Center in Reynoldsburg, OH. As a BCBA at Advanced Behavioral Therapy, you will:

• Design individualized behavior intervention plans to decrease maladaptive behaviors and build functional skills

• Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments, including VB-MAPP, AFLS, and other skill-based evaluations

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings

• Partner with families by providing ongoing parent training and support

• Oversee data collection systems and ensure program integrity

• Monitor client progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make data-driven adjustments

• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery

• Provide monthly progress updates and case reviews to the Clinical Director
