Job summary

Galaxy ABA Therapy in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The role focuses on writing and supervising individualized ABA treatment plans, mentoring RBTs, and training parents to support progress in children with autism.

The successful candidate will manage a typical caseload of 8–12 clients, work with a lead BCBA, and enjoy a flexible, hybrid schedule with relocation support and bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification, or plan to become certified within 60 days.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field.
• North Carolina LBA license, or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

Galaxy ABA Therapy is hiring a BCBA for our Charlotte team. We provide in-home and community-based ABA for children with autism, and we're looking for a clinician who wants real time with clients and a team that backs them up. New BCBAs are welcome - you'll be paired with a lead BCBA mentor from day one.
