Galaxy ABA Therapy in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-home and community-based ABA team. You will write and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and train parents using data-driven ABA strategies.

We offer a competitive salary of $100,000–$120,000 plus bonuses, a hybrid schedule, medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k) match, and relocation assistance.

Competenze

• Active BCBA certification required or passed within 60 days.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• North Carolina LBA license or eligibility to obtain one.

Mansioni

• Write and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train RBTs.
• Train parents and caregivers in ABA strategies.
• Track client progress and adjust goals using data.
