Job summary

Galaxy ABA Therapy in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-home and community-based ABA team. You will write and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and train parents using data-driven ABA strategies.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required or passed within 60 days.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• North Carolina LBA license or eligibility to obtain one.

Galaxy ABA Therapy is hiring a BCBA for our Charlotte team. We provide in-home and community-based ABA for children with autism, and we're looking for a clinician who wants real time with clients and a team that backs them up. New BCBAs are welcome — you'll be paired with a lead BCBA mentor from day one.
