Job summary

Galaxy ABA Therapy in Charlotte, NC is hiring a BCBA to join our team. You will write and oversee individualized ABA plans, supervise RBTs, and train parents and caregivers in ABA strategies for children with autism. New BCBAs are welcomed and paired with a lead BCBA mentor from day one.

Salary ranges from $100,000–$120,000 per year, with bonuses. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, 120 hours PTO, CE stipend, relocation assistance, and a flexible hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification, or passing the exam within 60 days.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field.
• North Carolina LBA license, or eligibility to obtain one.

New BCBAs are welcome - you'll be paired with a lead BCBA mentor from day one.
