Soliant in the Windsor area is seeking a licensed BCBA for maternity coverage across three sites, providing behavioral support to middle and high school students on a part-time schedule (20 hours per week) from September 1 to January 5. Qualifications

Make a difference in the lives of students across the Windsor and surrounding areas by providing expert behavioral support during a maternity leave coverage. In this contract role, you'll serve as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) across three conveniently located sites, working with secondary-aged students. Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support behavioral interventions for caseloads at three nearby sites:-- Middle school group: 15 students-- High school group: 22 students-- Offsite campus group: 6 students
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with school teams to train staff and provide ongoing consultation
• Monitor student progress, adjust strategies as needed, and maintain clear documentation
• Act as a resource for best practices in behavioral supports
• Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards throughout all activities
