Job summary

Bilingual Therapies is seeking a BCBA/Autism Specialist for a full-time, onsite contract across four school sites for the 2026-2027 year. You will serve as a behavior consultant, conduct FBAs, develop and monitor BIPs, and coach teachers and paraprofessionals working with students with autism.

The role requires BCBA certification, school-based experience, and the ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (include a screenshot of your certification upon application).
• Experience in a school-based BCBA or Autism Specialist role preferred.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive FBAs and develop effective BIPs.
• Skilled in coaching and mentoring classroom staff in behavioral strategies.
• Familiarity with supporting autism classrooms and collaborating within multidisciplinary educational teams.
• Must pass drug screen, fingerprinting, and CORI/background check.
• Reliable transportation needed for travel between multiple school locations.
• Commitment to punctuality and professional communication, including timely notifications of absences.
