Alora Behavioral Health in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking a BCBA or BCBA-D to join our team in a hybrid or remote role that blends clinical leadership with hands-on impact. We offer a competitive salary of $80,000-$95,000/year (DOE) plus a monthly productivity bonus.

As part of a 40-year legacy, you'll conduct FBAs, supervise RBTs, train caregivers, and collaborate with the Area Director to advance ethical, data-driven programs while enjoying comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification.
• 2+ years of experience with autism or related needs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and support onboarding.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Partner with caregivers through parent training.
• Monitor progress through data-driven program adjustments.
• Maintain ethical and regulatory compliance (BACB, state, federal).
• Collaborate with Area Director and clinical leadership team.
• Support funding source communication as needed.
