Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in Riverside, CA is seeking a BCBA/BCBA-D for a hybrid role that blends clinical leadership with hands-on impact across telehealth and in-person services.

You will conduct FBAs, develop and supervise treatment plans, mentor RBTs, train caregivers, and ensure ethical, data-driven progress while collaborating with the Area Director and clinical leadership team. Salary ranges $80,000-$95,000 with a monthly productivity bonus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification.
• 2+ years of experience supporting individuals with autism or related needs.
• Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and support onboarding.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Partner with caregivers through meaningful parent training.
• Monitor progress through data-driven program adjustments.
• Maintain ethical and regulatory compliance (BACB, state, federal).
• Collaborate closely with Area Director and clinical leadership team.
• Support funding source communication as needed.
