Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks a clinically strong ABA professional for a full-time hybrid role in Florida. You will assess behaviors, design individualized plans, and oversee ABA services while mentoring RBTs and staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework.
• BCBA/BCaBA certification or RBT enrolled in a graduate BCBA program; active certification/licensure where required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other clinical staff.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Ensure services meet BACB, payer, and state regulatory standards.

Compensation:

• Strong base salary + monthlyperformance bonus = annual earning potential up to $111,000
• Relocation assistanceavailable (up to $20K- location dependent)

Qualifications:
