Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking a BCBA/BCaBA-certified senior clinician to join a growing behavioral health organization delivering ABA services with a hybrid schedule across Florida.

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other clinical staff.
• Ensure services meet BACB, payer, and state regulatory standards.

Compensation

• Strong base salary + monthly performance bonus = annual earning potential up to $111,000
• Relocation assistance available (up to $20K- location dependent)

Qualifications

• Required: BCBA or BCaBA certification, or RBT currently enrolled in a graduate BCBA program
• Master's degree (or higher) in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework
• Active certification and licensure (where required)
