Job summary

Ampersand Therapy in Windsor, Colorado is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students for the 2026–2027 school year. In this full-time role you will provide behavioral support services, collaborate with school teams, and develop individualized behavior plans that promote student success.

You’ll work alongside educators, related service providers, and families to create positive learning environments and apply evidence-based strategies.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience in school-based settings preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while partnering with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
• Provide consultation and behavioral support to students, teachers, and staff.
• Collaborate with special education teams, general education teachers, and families.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Support implementation of evidence-based behavioral strategies across school settings.
• Provide training and coaching to staff supporting students with behavioral needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Active BCBA certification
• Active CDE certification, or be willing to obtain asap
• Experience providing behavior support in school-based settings preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
