Job summary

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is sought by Ampersand Therapy LLC to support students in Windsor, Colorado for the 2026–2027 school year. The BCBA will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, and collaborate with school teams to promote student success and positive learning environments.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• CDE certification or ability to obtain asap.
• Experience providing behavior support in school-based settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
• Provide consultation and behavioral support to students, teachers, and staff.
• Collaborate with special education teams, general education teachers, and families.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Support implementation of evidence-based behavioral strategies across school settings.
• Provide training and coaching to staff supporting students with behavioral needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring.
