Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in Windsor, Colorado for the 2026–2027 school year. The role involves behavioral support services, collaboration with school teams, and development of individualized behavior plans to promote student success.

This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position starting August 2026, with W-2 employment, liability insurance, and comprehensive benefits including healthcare and a 401(k) company match.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Active CDE certification, or be willing to obtain asap.
• Experience providing behavior support in school-based settings preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Passion for supporting students and school teams.
• Ability to work independently while partnering with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide consultation and behavioral support to students, teachers, and staff.
• Collaborate with special education teams, general education teachers, and families.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Support implementation of evidence-based behavioral strategies across school settings.
• Provide training and coaching to staff supporting students with behavioral needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring.
