Job summary

Compassionate Behavioral Guidance is seeking a licensed BCBA to join our growing team and deliver high-quality ABA services aligned with client needs.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification required.
  • NJ LBA license required.
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of ABA experience.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in home, school, and community settings.

  • Conduct assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, and functional behavior assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment data.
  • Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust goals as needed.
  • Provide parent training and support.
  • Maintain minimal in-person hours.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and documentation requirements.
