Job summary

Compassionate Behavioral Guidance is seeking a BCBA to join our growing team in the New York area. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs while supporting families and clients in home, school, or community settings.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Must hold NJ LBA as listed in the posting.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, functional behavior assessments).
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment data.
• Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Monitor and review client progress; adjust goals and programs as needed.
• Provide parent training and support.
• Minimal in-person hours; travel may be required.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and documentation requirements.
