Job summary

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized plans, supervising RBTs, monitoring progress, and providing parent training. Flexible scheduling and travel support are offered to fit caseloads and client needs.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NJ LBA license may be required depending on state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS‑R, AFLS, FBA).
• Develop individualized treatment plans from assessment data.
• Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust goals and programs as needed.
• Provide parent training and support.
• Minimal in-person hours.
• Ensure ethical compliance and proper documentation.

Education

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
• Must hold NJ LBA
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in ABA preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in home, school, and/or community settings
