Job summary

CBG Licensed Behavioral Analysis PLLC is seeking a passionate BCBA to join our growing team. We provide high-quality ABA services in home, school, and community settings, prioritizing work-life balance and supportive collaboration.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Must hold NJ LBA.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, functional behavior assessments).
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment data.
• Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Monitor and review client progress, adjust goals and programs as needed.
• Provide parent training and support.
• Minimal in person hours.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and documentation requirements.
