CBG Licensed Behavioral Analysis PLLC is seeking a passionate and dedicated BCBA to join our growing team. Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS‑R, AFLS, functional behavior assessments)
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment data
  • Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians
  • Monitor and review client progress, adjust goals and programs as needed
  • Provide parent training and support
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and documentation requirements
Qualifications
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in ABA preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in home, school, and/or community settings
