Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and providing parent training. Flexible scheduling and potential for advancement are offered, with some travel support.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• NJ LBA license is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, functional behavior assessments).
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment data.
• Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Monitor and review client progress, adjust goals and programs as needed.
• Provide parent training and support.
• Minimal in person hours.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and documentation requirements.
