Job summary

Advanceable ABA is seeking a BCaBA to design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism. You will train and supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.

You’ll provide parent training, monitor progress through data analysis, maintain documentation, and stay current with best practices while upholding ethical and legal standards. Hybrid work in the Chesterfield area offers meaningful impact and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • BCaBA certification (required in applicable states).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a human services field (preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience working with children with autism (preferred).
  • No disciplinary actions on license/certification.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for ABA and helping children succeed.
