Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA therapy initiatives across center and in-home cases in Spartanburg, SC. The role includes assessments, treatment planning, supervision of technicians, and data-driven program adjustments.

The ideal candidate will hold BCBA certification, possess strong knowledge of ABA, and demonstrate excellent organization, communication, and teamwork in a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BCBA certification.
• Excellent knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and supervise the implementation of ABA therapy programs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals, to ensure consistency and progress in therapy.
• Provide training and guidance to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in implementing therapy techniques.
• Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
