Job summary

Children Making Strides, a leading ABA agency, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for center and in-home cases. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise ABA programs, train technicians, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BCBA certification.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and supervise ABA therapy programs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including parents and caregivers.
• Provide training to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Monitor and analyze data to evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and supervise the implementation of ABA therapy programs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals, to ensure consistency and progress in therapy.
• Provide training and guidance to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in implementing therapy techniques.
• Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

Requirements:
