Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for both center and in-home cases. You will conduct assessments, design treatment plans, supervise therapy delivery, and collaborate with families to ensure consistent progress.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA certification, has strong ABA knowledge, and experience with autism or developmental disabilities. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential to thrive in a multidisciplinary

Qualifications

  • Must hold BCBA certification and be licensed or eligible for licensure in applicable state.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including families.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and supervise ABA therapy programs.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and professionals to ensure consistency in therapy.
  • Provide training and guidance to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
  • Monitor data and adjust interventions to maximize progress.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

Children Making Strides is a reputable ABA agency that provides comprehensive therapeutic services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Our mission is to help children reach their full potential by implementing evidence-based interventions and individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and supervise the implementation of ABA therapy programs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals, to ensure consistency and progress in therapy.
  • Provide training and guidance to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in implementing therapy techniques.
  • Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Must hold a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Excellent knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
