Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking a part-time BCBA to join our growing team in the Roanoke, VA area. This flexible hybrid role combines in-person and telehealth services to deliver high-quality client care.

The successful candidate will hold a current BCBA certification in good standing and VA LBA status, with experience in supervision, treatment planning, data analysis, and caregiver collaboration. Travel for in-person services may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, complete reassessments, and update programs as needed.
• Provide telehealth and in-person clinical services based on client and program needs.
• Analyze clinical data and make timely, evidence-based treatment decisions.
• Supervise RBTs and BTs through observation, coaching, training, and feedback.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and other professionals to promote consistency across settings.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with payer, privacy, telehealth, and state requirements.
• Communicate scheduling, technology, travel, and other service-related barriers proactively.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, complete reassessments, and update programs as needed.
• Provide a combination of telehealth and in-person clinical services based on client and program needs.
