Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA to join our growing team in a flexible hybrid role with up to 75% remote services. The position involves telehealth and in-person supervision, caregiver collaboration, field visits, and other clinical duties based on client needs and regulatory requirements.

You will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, supervise RBTs/ BTs, analyze data, and coordinate with families and professionals to ensure consistent progress across settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) active.
• Experience with supervision, treatment planning, data analysis, and caregiver collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, reassess and update programs.
• Provide telehealth and in-person clinical services as needed.
• Analyze clinical data and make evidence-based treatment decisions.
• Supervise RBTs and BTs through observation, coaching, training and feedback.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and other professionals to promote progress across settings.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with payer and state requirements.
• Communicate scheduling, technology, travel and service-related barriers proactively.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, complete reassessments, and update programs as needed.

• Provide a combination of telehealth and in-person clinical services based on client and program needs.

• Analyze clinical data and make timely, evidence-based treatment decisions.

• Supervise RBTs and BTs through observation, coaching, training, and meaningful performance feedback.

• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and other professionals to promote consistency and progress across settings.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with payer, privacy, telehealth, and state requirements.

• Communicate scheduling, technology, travel, and other service-related barriers proactively.

What We’re Looking For

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.

• Active Maryland LBA.

• Experience with clinical supervision, treatment planning, data analysis, and caregiver collaboration.

• Reliable internet and a private, professional environment suitable for telehealth.

• Ability to travel for in-person services when required.

• Strong organizational skills, independence, and responsive communication.
