Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Tennessee is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our clinical team. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling and hybrid/telehealth options.

You will develop ABA treatment plans, conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, track progress with data, train families, and collaborate with schools and professionals while maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • TN LBA.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles, assessment, treatment planning, and behavior intervention.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on each client's needs.
  • Conduct assessments, including functional behavior assessments and skills assessments.
  • Develop behavior intervention plans and treatment goals.
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs and other members of the treatment team.
  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment modifications.
  • Review clinical data and ensure treatment goals are being met.
  • Provide parent and caregiver training and support.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and other professionals as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing clinical training.
  • Ensure services are provided ethically and in accordance with BACB standards and applicable requirements.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, families, and team members.

What We're Looking For
