Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Virginia is hiring a BCBA for a hybrid role that blends telehealth with in-person services. This position is not fully remote and offers flexible scheduling.

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Active VA LBA.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments, treatment plans, reassessments, and program updates.
• Deliver remote and in-person clinical services according to client need and the work model.
• Analyze client data and make timely, clinically sound treatment decisions.
• Supervise RBTs and BTs through observation, coaching, and feedback.
• Partner with caregivers and other professionals to support consistency across settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with payer, privacy, telehealth, and state requirements.
• Communicate schedule, technology, travel, and service barriers promptly.
