Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring a BCBA for a hybrid or remote-supported clinical model. This role blends telehealth with in-person services, supervision, caregiver collaboration, and field visits as required by market, payer rules, client needs, and licensure requirements.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment plans, data-driven decisions, supervising RBTs/BTs, and coordinating with caregivers. Telehealth requires a private workspace and reliable internet; some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Active license, or eligibility for licensure, in every state where services will be delivered.
• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
• Experience with supervision, treatment planning, data analysis, and caregiver collaboration.
• Reliable internet, a private work environment for telehealth, and ability to travel when required.
• Strong independent work habits and responsive communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote and in-person clinical services according to client need and the work model listed in the posting.
• Analyze client data and make timely, clinically sound treatment decisions.
