The Behavior Lab in Redlands, CA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for full-time work across in-home, community-based, and clinic settings. You’ll build a caseload that fits your life with flexible scheduling and strong clinical support.

Compensation Package Breakdown

• Base Salary: $85,000–$115,000
• Quarterly Bonuses: Up to $20,000+ annually based on meaningful outcomes
