Job summary

The Behavior Lab in California is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in-home, community-based, and clinic settings. This full-time role offers total compensation from $85,000 to $135,000 per year, including base salary, monthly bonuses, quarterly bonuses, and full benefits.

Compensation Package Breakdown

• Base Salary: $85,000–$115,000
• Quarterly Bonuses: Up to $20,000+ annually based on meaningful outcomes
