Job description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional behavioral health services. As a BCBA Behavior Analyst, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and supervising individualized behavior intervention plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will help improve clients' quality of life through evidence-based practices rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA).   • Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • No nights, no weekends, no on-call duties.

You Focus on Clinical Work – We Handle the Admin work

  • BCBAs do not create or manage staff scheduling, do HR tasks, or insurance chasing
  • BCBAs have a MAX caseload of 8 to 10 full-time clients (or max of 32 billable hours per week).
  • Practicum students and interns assist your caseload.
  • You’ll do assessments, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training
  • All BCBAs get two weeks of initial training from our corporate office - for this, you may have to travel to Houston for 1 week.
  • To ensure the highest standards of care, our corporate office conducts a positive, supportive Quality and Compliance Audit every six months—providing each clinic with valuable feedback, resources, and guidance to help us continually grow and serve our families even better.
