Job summary

The Behavior Lab is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in-home, community-based, and clinic settings. This full-time position offers a comprehensive compensation package and full benefits.

You’ll work with families across multiple environments, delivering high-quality ABA services with a focus on clinician wellbeing. Base salary ranges from $85,000 to $115,000, with monthly and quarterly bonuses and strong support.

Compensation Package Breakdown

• Base Salary: $85,000–$115,000
• Quarterly Bonuses: Up to $20,000+ annually based on meaningful outcomes
