Momentum Behavior Services in Petaluma, CA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight and manage a defined caseload in a clinic-based, in‑person role.

The BCBA will assess, implement treatment, supervise staff, and monitor client progress within a data‑driven ABA program, serving 8–10 clients across 175–200 hours weekly.

HOURS: Full-time

JOB SETTING: In Office Monday - Friday

SALARY: $87,000.00 - $105,816.00 per year, plus monthly BCBA bonus incentive, and a comprehensive Benefit Package which includes:
