Job summary

Bright Achievements is a leading provider of in-home ABA services. We are seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team, offering an opportunity to advance your career in a supportive, collaborative environment.

In-person services are required with flexible scheduling options including daytime, afternoon, and evening hours in both school and home-based settings. Opportunities for part-time or full-time work are available across multiple client locations.

Qualifications

  • Must hold an active Board Certified Behavioral Analysis Certificate within the United States.
  • Master’s Degree required.
  • 1+ years of experience.
  • 8 Hour Supervision Certificate preferred.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish)

Responsibilities

  • Provide initial and continuing in-home client assessments including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland and AFLS.
  • Conduct functional Behavior Assessments.
  • Develop and create programs for each individual under your caseload.
  • Train and supervise Behavior Technicians in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services.
  • Plan, manage, and evaluate staff to address behavioral excesses and deficits by building functional skill repertoires.
  • Provide ABA training for families in correlation with Authorization Requirements.
  • Manage electronic data regarding client progress using Rethink Behavioral Health.

Duties
  • Provide initial and/or continuing in-home client (re)assessments including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland and AFLS
  • Conduct functional Behavior Assessments
  • Develop and create programs for each individual under your caseload
