Job summary

House of Hearts ABA in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a BCBA for a hybrid role that can be part-time or full-time. You will lead an exclusive caseload, supervise RBTs in schools, and guide families via telehealth while designing individualized treatment plans to deliver high‑quality ABA services.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.

• Part-Time (Hourly): $60–$80/hour

• Full-Time (Salary): $80,000–$90,000/year

• Caseload Management: Lead your own exclusive group of amazing kiddos (7–10 clients) and ensure top‑notch ABA therapy services are being delivered.

• School‑Based Supervision (In Person): Be hands‑on, in the field, supporting RBTs and collaborating with educators.

• In‑Home Supervision (Telehealth): Use the power of tech to supervise cases and guide families from the comfort of your laptop.

• Assessments & Treatment Planning: Design individualized, thoughtful treatment plans based on real needs, not checklists.

You're a Perfect Fit If You

Are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Have 1+ years of ABA experience (bonus points for school or home‑based work!)
