Job summary

Galaxy ABA Therapy in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home and community ABA services. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and support families with data-driven progress.

This role offers a hybrid schedule, a competitive salary of $95,000–$115,000 with bonuses, full benefits, 401K, PTO, relocation assistance, and a mentor-led environment for new BCBAs.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (or passing the exam within 60 days).
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field.
• VA LBA, or eligibility to obtain it.

Galaxy ABA Therapy provides in-home and community ABA for children with autism. We're hiring a BCBA who wants real clinical time with their clients and a team that has their back. New BCBAs are welcome; you'll be paired with a lead BCBA mentor. This role serves Hampton Roads families, including many military families covered by TRICARE, so experience with TRICARE/ACD is a plus.
