Job summary

SNFout in Hampton Roads, VA is hiring a BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join a growing ABA team serving children and families across Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake and nearby. This is an on-site/hybrid role with full-time and part-time options.

Pay ranges from $80,000–$100,000 per year salaried, or $60–$80 per hour. Supervising RBTs and training caregivers will be part of the role, with ongoing documentation and progress analysis.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and state licensure requirements.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Strong data-driven assessment and treatment planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments.
• Write and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Analyze client data and adjust programming based on progress.
• Supervise, train and support RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Lead parent and caregiver training.
• Maintain clinical documentation meeting BACB and regulatory standards.

• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred
