Job summary

Precious Care ABA is seeking a BCBA to lead and oversee ABA programs for children with autism, delivering meaningful, life-changing skills while maintaining realistic caseloads.

You will conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs/BTs, collaborate with families to ensure skills transfer, and keep documentation accurate with data-driven decisions.
