Job summary

Centerbrite is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their growing team in the United States. The role offers a rare opportunity to contribute to clinical program design while managing a client caseload and supervising RBTs. You will receive direct mentorship from experienced clinical advisors and be supported in your growth into clinical leadership.

The position comes with a salary range of $90,000-$110,000, quarterly performance bonuses, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Additional benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and CEU support.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• NJ BCBA licensure is also required.
• Experience in a clinic setting is a plus.

$90,000-$110,000 · Full-time · Hybrid (Remote + In-home)

A rare opportunity to join a growing ABA practice as an early team member, with a real voice in shaping how we care for children and families - and the culture we build together.

You’ll work closely with experienced clinical advisors, backed by a leadership team that’s built and run ABA organizations before - real mentorship and support, not autonomy without a net.

What you’ll do:

• Contribute to clinical program design as we build out our service model from the ground up
• Carry and manage a client caseload, serving as the clinical standard-bearer for the organization
• Own documentation quality, utilization reviews, and oversight of treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs across active cases, ensuring treatment fidelity and consistent skill-building
• Partner directly with the founding team on clinical hiring decisions and onboarding as we grow
