Job summary

Precious Care ABA in Bayonne, NJ is hiring a BCaBA to supervise Behavior Technicians and mentor staff while delivering high-quality ABA services to children with autism. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, analyze data, collaborate with families and schools, and promote family education.

A Master’s degree and active NJ licensure are required; remote work is available with a full-time role and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active state licensure in NJ or ability to obtain it.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior interventions.
• Experience developing and implementing treatment plans.
• Ability to mentor and support BTs/RBTs.

Responsibilities
