Children's Specialized ABA is seeking a BCBA to deliver evidence-based ABA services remotely from New Jersey, with a flexible hybrid schedule that supports clinical excellence and work‑life balance.
You will conduct FBAs and comprehensive skills assessments, design and adjust treatment plans, supervise BTs and RBTs, coach families, and collaborate with physicians, OT, SLP, educators, and other care teams.

Children's Specialized ABA is part of Children's Specialized Hospital's Autism Center of Excellence, providing compassionate, evidence‑based ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Bonus Opportunity: Earn $80–$90/hour for billable hours beyond your weekly goal.
Total Compensation Potential: Up to $116,600 annually
Reasonable Pay Estimate
A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $80,000–$92,000 per year. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job‑related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and experience equity.
