Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Remote BCBA in New Jersey who is bilingual in Spanish and English. This full-time role offers a hybrid schedule with remote treatment planning, family guidance, and documentation.

  • Must reside in New Jersey.
  • Must be bilingual Spanish/English.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Completion of BCBA supervision training.
  • Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct FBAs and comprehensive skills assessments.
  • Develop individualized BIPs.
  • Design, implement, and modify ABA treatment programs.
  • Supervise and mentor BTs and RBTs.
  • Analyze treatment data and adjust programming based on client progress.
  • Coach parents and caregivers to promote success beyond sessions.
  • Collaborate with physicians, OTs, SLPs, educators and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Monitor client progress and celebrate milestones with families.

What You Will Do

As a BCBA, you will make a meaningful impact every day by providing individualized, evidence-based ABA services that help children build lifelong skills.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive skills assessments
  • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Design, implement, and modify ABA treatment programs
  • Supervise and mentor behavior technicians (BTs) and registered behavior technicians (RBTs)
  • Analyze treatment data and adjust programming based on client progress
  • Coach parents and caregivers to promote success beyond therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, educators, and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Monitor client progress and celebrate meaningful milestones with families

Compensation

Base Salary: $95,000–$105,000

Bonus Opportunity: Earn $80–$90 per hour for billable hours beyond your weekly goal.

Total Compensation Potential: Up to $116,600 annually.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $80,000–$92,000 per year.
